EFT is an integrative form of mind body therapy that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupressure, NLP, energy medicine and thought field therapy. It can be used to
potentially help people with a variety of concerns from stress, anxiety, lacking confidence, to headaches, stomach issues, and insomnia, among others.
By first discussing the specific concerns with a practitioner, the client would then be tapping on acupressure points on their hands, face, and upper body while repeating positive affirmations
related to those concerns with the goal/focus on addressing/taking care of these concerns. This can be helpful in personal empowerment, depending on the client’s needs.
